Classical PTPs에는 transmembrane receptor-like type PTP(receptor type, PTPR)와 cytoplasmic PTPs 이 있습니다. PTPRs는 ligand-controlled protein tyrosine 잔기를 탈 인산화 시켜 세포 내 신호전달을 조절하는 기능을 갖고 있습니다. 대부분의 PTPRs은 extra-cellular segment에 cell-adhesion molecules를 display 하는 특징을 보이며, cell to cell and cell to matrix contact 과정에 관여하는 것으로 널리 알려져 있습니다. 당사의 PTPRs 제품은 국내 최초로 고순도로 정제하여 판매하는 제품으로서, 세포 내 신호 전달 기전 연구 및 약물 스크리닝 등 기타 연구용으로 사용하실 수 있습니다.
본 제품은 순수한 PTP protein 형태로, recombinant human PTP를 포함하는 E. coli로 부터 발현 및 정제 되었습니다.
Storage condition
Storage Buffer: 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH8.0, 75 mM NaCl, 0.5 mM EDTA, 5 mM ß-mercaptoethanol and 50% Glycerol. Store at -20 oC. Avoid thawing and freezing.
