10 bp DNA Ladder의 size range는 10 ~ 100 bp 로써, 이 범위 내에 해당 되는 double strand DNA의 size를 구분하는 경우에 사용할 수 있습니다. 10bp 부터 100 bp까지 10 bp씩 size가 증가하는 10개의 double strand DNA fragments가 첨가되어 있고 쉽게 구분될 수 있도록 40 bp DNA fragment가 나머지 DNA fragment에 비해 2 ~ 3배 정도 더 강하게 나타납니다.
