25/100 bp Mixed DNA Ladder의 size range는 25 ~ 2,000 bp로써, 이 범위 내에 해당되는 double strand DNA의 size를 구분하는 경우에 사용할 수 있습니다. 25 bp에서 200 bp사이의 영역에서는 25 bp씩 증가되며, 200 bp부터 1,000 bp 사이의 영역에서는 100 bp 씩 증가됩니다. 그리고 2,000 bp size의 double strand DNA fragment가 첨가되어 있습니다. 또한, 쉽게 구분할 수 있도록 150 bp, 500 bp, 1,000 bp 그리고 2,000 bp DNA fragments는 나머지 DNA fragments에 비해 2~3배 더 강하게 나타납니다.
