ExiPrep™ Plus Tissue Genomic DNA Kit는 전자동 핵산 추출 장비인 ExiPrep™16 Plus와 ExiProgen™을 이용하여 동물 조직 시료로부터 고순도의 genomic DNA를 높은 수율로 추출할 수 있는 제품입니다. 핵산 추출에 필요한 시약이 분주된 pre-filled buffer cartridge를 사용하여 최대 16개의 시료로부터 동시에 핵산을 간편하게 추출할 수 있습니다. 또한 본 제품에 포함된 Tissue Lysis Buffer와 Proteinase K를 사용설명서의 시료 전처리 방법에 따라 사용하여 동물 조직을 매우 효과적으로 분해할 수 있습니다.

Figure 1. Mouse의 조직에서 추출된 genomic DNA의 전기영동 분석 결과
Mouse의 조직 세포 (lung, 25 mg)으로부터 genomic DNA를 추출한 후 1% agarose gel에서 전기영동을 수행한 결과입니다. Genomic DNA 추출 과정 중 cross-contamination 발생 여부를 확인하기 위해 mouse tissue sample을 cross로 넣고 나머지 well에는 D.W.만 넣은 후 genomic DNA 추출을 진행하였습니다. 실험 결과 genomic DNA 추출 과정 중 cross-contamination은 발생되지 않았으며 추출된 genomic DNA의 수율은 평균 20 µg, 순도 (A260/280)는 평균 1.8 이상으로 나타났습니다.

Mouse의 tail-tip 1개 (~ 1 cm)로부터 genomic DNA를 추출한 후 1% agarose gel에서 전기영동을 수행한 결과입니다.
