본 제품의 Buffer ① (resuspension buffer)에 포함된 nano-particle에 의해 cleared lysate (plasmid DNA가 들어있는 용액)를 획득하기 위한 원심분리 시간이 종래 10분에서 단 1분으로 단축되었습니다. AccuPrep® Nano-Plus Plasmid Mini Extraction Kit는 단 10분 이내에 mini scale (up to 20 µg)의 plasmid DNA 추출을 가능하게 합니다.
