• Internal dT-amine phosphoramidite는 일반적인 phosphoramidites와 동일한 방법으로 반응하여 oligonucleotides 합성공정 동안 목표 위치에 도입할 수 있는 sequence modifier 입니다.

• Deprotection 공정 후 1차 amine을 형성하며 이는 NHS-ester moiety를 갖는 다른 표적물질과 결합할 수 있습니다.
