AccuPrep® Bacterial RNA Extraction Kit는 gram-negative 및 gram-positive 박테리아에서 RNA를 빠르고 편리하게 추출 할 수 있는 제품입니다. 본 제품은 높은 RNA binding capacity를 갖는 silica filter가 사용된 spin column 방식의 제품으로, bacteria 시료에 최적화된 전처리 buffer (RS Buffer) 와 lysis (binding) buffer, washing buffer 및 elution buffer로 구성되어 있습니다. AccuPrep® Bacterial RNA Extraction Kit에 의해 추출된 RNA는 RT-PCR, quantitative real time RT-PCR 등에 사용할 수 있습니다.
