AccuPower® ProFi Taq PCR PreMix는 Bioneer 에서 개발한 ProFi Taq DNA polymerase을 사용하여 높은 정확성과 증폭효율로 긴 template DNA를 정확하게 증폭할 수 있는 제품입니다. ProFi Taq DNA polymerase와 dNTPs, reaction buffer 등 PCR 수행에 필요한 구성성분이 혼합되어 1회 분량씩 동결 건조되어 있어, template DNA 와 primers의 첨가만으로 간편하게 high fidelity를 갖는 long PCR product를 얻을 수 있습니다.

Sensitivity :
뛰어난 민감도와 증폭효율로 미량의 human gDNA target을 검출합니다. 타사 제품과의 비교 실험을 통해 우수한 민감도를 확인했습니다.

Long Range PCR:
Lambda DNA의 경우 30 kb, human gDNA의 경우 21 kb의 PCR 산물을 효과적으로 증폭할 수 있습니다.

Ease-of-use:
각각의 PCR tube에 ProFi Taq DNA polymerase와 PCR 반응에 필요한 모든 구성 성분이 포함되어 있어 template DNA, primer set 와 D.W.만 넣어 바로 PCR 반응을 수행할 수 있습니다. 또한 전기영동 시에 필요한 tracking dye와 침강제가 포함되어 있어 별도로 sample loading buffer를 첨가할 필요가 없으므로 간편하게 사용할 수 있습니다. 

Stability:
PCR 반응 혼합물에 안정화제를 첨가하여 건조시켜, 장기간 보관하더라도 활성을 안정적으로 유지합니다. 

Reproducibility:

cDNA synthesized from 10-fold serial-diluted human total RNA from 10 ng to 10 pg using AccuPower® RocketScript™ Cycle RT PreMix (Cat. No K-2201, Bioneer) was used as a template for PCR amplification.
Target : human GAPDH gene. The cycling conditions for AccuPower®  ProFi Taq PCR PreMix were 95°C for 5 min, 33 cycles of 95°C for 20 sec, 55°C for 20 sec and 72°C for 30 sec. PCR reactions using other suppliers' PCR master mix were performed according to each supplier's protocol.
